East Hill Pizza is a local, veteran family owned business that is dedicated to providing made from scratch, homemade pizza in a cozy, relaxing environment. Darlyne and TJ Zoltak purchased Chubby’s Pizza in July 2018 and after extensive renovation, East Hill Pizza was born and opened on September 12, 2018.

You may have seen Darlyne and TJ around town as they own HH Realty where Darlyne is a licensed real estate broker and Pensacola Air Flight School where TJ is a commercial flight instructor.

Since both Darlyne and TJ have roots in Pensacola, East Hill Pizza strives to give back to the community every chance they can. Either it be providing free lunches to school children during the start of the pandemic, handing out pizza to homeless or people in need and donating to several local charities and companies throughout the community since the start of their business.
